China's billionaires keep on collecting more wealth and the Hurun founder, Rupert Hoogewerf, the China rich list, expects them to reach the global top in 15 years, when the economy keeps on growing.

Dominique de Boisseson is as the former chairman and CEO of Alcatel China till 2006 and a much wanted speaker, both on telecommunication, and on China and its business environment. As a Stanford graduate he joined, after 17 years with IBM, Alcatel in 1987. He supervised 15 joint ventures and five wholly foreign owned ventures in China and saw in his ten year in China Alcatel's revenue grow from a quarter million to over one billion US dollars. In 2004 he received the Friendship Award from China's State Council.
De Boisseson has been speaking recently for EU-China Business Summit Helsinki 2006, WICO Forum Beijing 2006, OECD Forum Paris 2006, International Forum Wharton yearly and Comité France Chine. He was in 2007 interviewed both by CNBC and CCTV. China CEO quoted him.
