As a former diplomat in Latin America, Xu Ming is not only a fluent Spanish-speaker, but also has a profound knowledge of the intense relations between Chinese politics and international business. He is one of very few Chinese speakers who has been part of China’s bureaucracy and can help the business world to deal with it.
Graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University of China in 1989, worked during 13 years as
Chinese diplomat successively in Chinese Embassy in Argentina and Chinese Embassy in Chile.
Obtained M.A.in International Relations of the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset in Madrid
of Spain in1998, EMBA of IEDE – Institute for Executive Development of Spain in Santiago de
Chile in 2000.
Starting from 2002, Asia Pacific Director of IEDE – Institute for Executive Development of Spain in Shanghai of China.
